6.3.1 Reuse
Confirm that the product meets the agreed condition, cleanliness and safety criteria, and that a verified user or market exists. Record the receiving channel, expected preparation, ownership transfer and final destination so that the outcome can be distinguished from collection alone (Sandin & Peters, 2018).
Evidence should include quantity, grading result, date, receiving organisation and confirmation that the item entered another use cycle.
