  • Map your digital journey
  • Task: Take one garment idea or a garment you already own, a jacket, a dress, a pair of trousers. Map it through the six digital states a garment travels in this module: moodboard, AI ideation, 3D prototype, virtual fabric, digital sample, production and use-phase data. For each state, note what exists as a file and what that file is for.
  • Deliverable: one A4 journey map (diagram or table) with a one-line note per state.
  • EQF 4: list the six states and name one tool per state.
  • EQF 5: map the journey with a concrete tool and the file it produces per state.
  • EQF 6: Assess the value chain of a product from your own company or portfolio, justify, with quantitative arguments where possible, where digitalization would deliver the largest sustainability return, and design a phased 12-month adoption roadmap including tools, data requirements and compliance milestones (ESPR unsold-goods ban, EPR eco-modulation). Deliverable: two-page management brief.
